The staff were fantastic. Always cheerful and ready to help. The pool area was enjoyable, offering a relaxing space after a day of activities. The tours, especially the snorkeling, provided an unforgettable experience. I found the beach close by quite pleasant, with clear waters despite some plastic waste. I noticed the breakfast was busy, but the service remained attentive and friendly.
